Review on Smart Ink 932XL 933XL 932 by Kevin Johnson

I was very wary of buying anything other than HP products. I have had my printer for almost 2 years. I kept it clean and always used HP cartridges. But due to lack of money these days I was forced to save money and buy them. For now I only needed Yellow so I installed it. I did pressure and alignment tests and everything worked out in the end. I had printed about 10 pages when my printer gave an error and stopped. The error I got reflected issues with the yellow cartridge. Everything looked fine when I took it off, but when I put it back on I felt like it wasn't locking in place like it should. I know how you must feel when you change and something is wrong. It cleared and ran another 5 pages or so before the printer died completely. Working with HP technology, yellow ink was found to have caused catastrophic nozzle and line failure. It's broken and beyond repair. Not satisfied at all and I stick with HP products like I should have.
