I like that it's flexible to use, very easy for beginners as well experienced users alike! It also has many integrations with other apps making life easier! The reporting is useful but could be more robust (ease of customising reports). You can create tasks in various ways including assigning them directly from emails or using tags/categories & sub-tasks which makes organisation much simpler once set up correctly - you don't need multiple tabs etc just one place where everything goes together if required!! Also great when working remotely because all your email traffic stays within squiz so no switching between different applications evey time they send an update / assignment out via their own app!
