I love my Tevas! I try not to wear other shoes. I've had back and hip problems for decades, and these shoes allow me to go shopping, walk down the driveway to put my grandkids on the school bus, stand in the kitchen to cook or do the dishes, and just general function . I recommended it to a friend with knee problems and she got the same results. I'm overweight and wear my Tevas all day, year round (I can't even walk around the house unaided) and they have lasted over two years. They still look great and show no signs of wear but I did wear out part of the heel support so I bought a new pair. This is already the third pair and I see no reason to try anything else - I have found what is best for me. Three adjustable straps make it easy to adapt to any foot. Tevas is also available in large widths if required. I have a high arch and the arch support protects my feet from fatigue and relieves back, hip and knee pain. I highly recommend these shoes.
