With the start of the 2020 quarantine, my wrist started to hurt when I worked too hard or used the keyboard for too long. I bought one and it was amazing so I bought a second one so I can cool both wrists at the same time. However, I have noticed that in the past few weeks, the ice packs have started to tear at the ends with tiny pieces of clear gel. here and there, and the Velcro on the wrist itself loses grip. I haven't had them that long, I'm not aggressive with them and maybe use them twice a day! I think I have a few more weeks with them before they actually fail, then I'll have to find a replacement.
