Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!
I bought more than six months ago on 5D Mk ||. I am very pleased with the lens, I took it from my hands, but in perfect condition, without front-back focuses and other nonsense. Works flawlessly. I don’t know who says that it’s not protected from moisture, dust. Even it doesn’t suck dust from me and on it I shot landscapes in freezing rain, snow, rain and everything is fine with it. With regards to the hood. I saw that they were complaining about it. People, the question is, do you even think what you are saying? The hood never spoils the look of the lens, on the contrary, it looks even better and fulfills its duties all. I recommend it on 5D Mk2, it is clear that this is not 2.8, but portraits can also be made suitable.
- A sharp lens, the bokeh for hole 4 is perfect, the work of af is almost without misses (and if there are misses, then my hands are already to blame). Build quality and in general, the L series is quality in itself. There is dust and moisture protection. The picture is extremely nice and justifies its price. Fast ultrasleep that works without noise and weight. Light.
- They don't exist at all. The only thing is that there is no tripod foot in the kit, it is difficult to find it.
