I like how flexible it is! The software allows me to input data in many different ways so as not to have duplicate information entered into multiple places. So much time saved by having this program instead of paper records or spreadsheets! Sometimes there are bugs but they get worked out pretty quickly! We use the system mainly for daily record keeping (e.g., feedings) and vet visits/shots. This helps keep track of our animals' health status at any given time, which was difficult with other systems we used before.
