Pros: Durable. No scratches after carrying in backpack, purse and pockets. The strong adhesive is virtually self-applying but can be replaced if a mistake is made. Cut-out for the front camera es muy bueno. The sensor works great. Cons: The strong adhesive sticks by itself, including any dust particles that might fly in after you've rubbed the screen a dozen times to get the dust off. This dust will put an end to your adhesion quests as it creates a bubble that cannot be removed. Even if you remove the glass and try again, you cannot easily remove these particles from the adhesive without leaving any residue. Maybe a pin or needle? I do not know. I gave up on the fourth try and just threw this one away. Prepare to lose at least 1 glass to this dust. Damn dust. The glass is slightly smaller than the phone screen, so there is a 1mm gap around the entire perimeter. It doesn't bother you, but you can see it. TL; DR: Works great once you put it on. A little bit small.
