I like this bag. It's bigger than I thought it would be but there are additional zipped pockets inside which I wasn't expecting. The pocket on the outside is about 4-5 inches deep. It also has a full inner zip that folds up at the top. I was surprised by the two zipped inner pockets on one side. They're almost full length and there's a simple pocket between them that's perfect for my Fire tablet. There are also two pockets on the other side. One would be perfect for a cell phone, although I opted for the outside pocket as it's handier. The second is the size of a perfume bottle. I understand this is a shoulder bag but it has a very long strap! When I try to carry it on one shoulder (not over my head) it hangs below my hips and is a bit difficult to manage when trying to reach things underneath. It fits well on my 13 inch MAC laptop when the lid is open. On the other hand I received two and not one from the carrier, not sure if it was my fault or theirs but everything worked out fine in the end. One of the bags I received had a damaged strap, meaning it wasn't assembled properly at the connection point. The second was ok. So I would recommend checking this place for damage just in case.
