The Wizgear Cell Phone Tripod Adapter is a great, easy and inexpensive way to mount your phone on a tripod to fix. I use it to mount my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on a small table tripod so I can control my Panasonic LX100 remotely when I'm shooting videos or family photos. Thanks to the slim body of my Galaxy Note 4, it JUST fits into the spring-loaded jaw of this tripod adapter. The fit is very snug - which is exactly what I want - and while this adapter is made of plastic, it feels pretty solid. The rubber grips hold the phone very securely. If you have a narrower phone that puts less pressure on your jaws, it might be a little looser, but I suspect it's still very secure. In my case, I can shake the tripod vigorously and the phone won't move, but it's fairly easy to remove from the adapter if desired. good price.
