This is a great portable fan! First, it's well made and doesn't feel cheap. It's made of plastic, but still feels solid and durable. It is very easy to set up and use. In order for the fog function to work, you must fill the upper compartment with water. It's best to add cold water, but they include a mini ice tray so you can keep the water inside colder for longer if you'd like. The fan has 3 different speed modes and all 3 have a noticeable difference. It's not exactly quiet, but it's not very loud either. I have attached a video showing sounds and 3 speed levels. Battery life is very good; however, this depends on the set speed. It can be charged via the power bank and can also be used while charging. This helps make it even more portable and easier to use on the go. I really like the size of this fan - it's not too big and not too small. The size makes it portable while still offering good performance. This fan is great for camping or outdoor places like parks, picnics, etc. All in all, I really like this portable fan and it definitely helps me stay cool when I use it. Don't expect the air conditioning to keep you cool, but it does help alleviate the heat outside.
