First, I didn't read the product description carefully before ordering. I was surprised it didn't come with a cable. It's me, not the company. I don't deduct any points for that. But just keep that fact in mind. Second, the product is so poorly designed that it's beyond pointless. As others have pointed out, the charging end of the cable you supplied attaches to a rubber grommet. And only the friction of the rubber keeps it in place. It does not work well. The head of the cable is pushed into the base when you try to plug in the remote and pulled out when you try to take the remote out.
