The lid pops open by itself

As many reviews say the lid doesn't hold no matter how you do it. It appears by itself after a few seconds, I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before buying. Very disappointing as it is an attractive ceramic container but it comes back as it doesn't serve its purpose. A bit pricey for what you get even if the lid is left. Wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for any type of seal at all.
