. After some modifications and adjustments to the packaging, it's actually a very cool product. Also a bit disappointed that it took some elbow grease to file down the area where the hinge and gas cap were unclear so I could open and fill it. Also, the quality is really good and the powder coating comes in different colors for different bike themes. The quality of the metal is strong and strong, does not appear flimsy. The manufacturer made it so that even the smallest passenger could reach it. My girlfriend is 4'12 (laughs) and can reach her. No issues and reports that she feels a lot more secure with something to hold on to. . Use a 3mm wrench with the screws provided to test the fit. Using a light marker, mark the areas that need to be shaved with a file. This is necessary if the tank cap is not transparent when opened. My Honda CBR has a fixed cover/hinge, it had to be made and fitted to make it work. I know the Kawasaki ninjas have removable caps and may not have this problem.
