My skin loves this product. It relaxes me. The way I use this is as following: After I come home from very long day I wash my face, Bruch my teeth then but this mask in my face. I usually drink camel meal tea with that. I find myself sleeping soundly just like a baby I love this product. But if you want a stronger one I would recommend the one with purple package, I cant think of the name but its similar to this product.
