I was hesitant to spend that much money on this chair because of the bad reviews. My chair was undamaged and was easy to assemble. The back support is great and really helps with my posture. Also, my main reason for buying a new chair was that sitting in the old chair put too much pressure on my hips. This chair has a seat recline that allows me to adjust the position to relieve the pressure on my hips. It's also a very nice chair. My only complaint is that the headrest is too far back, but that doesn't bother me.
