So this is a good quality soft leather chair. but whoever designed "ergonomic features" didn't think sensibly. The seat tilts forward slightly, making you feel like you're falling out. and the backrest protrudes so much that not only does it cause back pain, it also pushes you out of the chair. I was so saddened by how uncomfortable this chair was.

Let me start by saying that this chair was one of the highest quality chairs I have ever tried. Not only does it offer excellent comfort, but it really stands out in the office. The support staff was very attentive to the warranty when I had an issue with my lumbar seat. Rest assured that you will not regret this purchase. I definitely intend to be a lifetime customer of this chair brand. The leather is also high quality and very smooth.

I sit at a desk all the time and it provides great back support and I also always thought it would be better to have a very soft seat but this seat feels much better on my feet. My last bowel movement was very soft, but my back and legs hurt at the end. It's better in the long run. It would be nice if hands didn't move when touched. I like to move the chair by the armrests, and now I just have to get used to the fact that their position changes as they do so.

This chair is very comfortable. It has many different settings so you can sit comfortably on the seat. If I don't lean back, I don't use the headrest.
