This chair is very comfortable. It has many different settings so you can sit comfortably on the seat. If I don't lean back, I don't use the headrest. For almost $700 I expect the shipping box to be in tune and I expect all the parts to be in tune. The armrests are connected to the seat and have four height adjustment positions. The left armrest on my chair failed the second adjustment and I can only assume it was shipping related depending on how my box arrived. I made the decision to keep the chair as I will never use the armrest adjustments but BUYER BEWARE, check everything when you open it and decide if it's worth the hassle. This company clearly doesn't package their $700 chairs properly.
