Received the chair this morning. Delivery was fast, ordered two days ago. The box was tied with straps, but when I opened it the packaging was a mess - random pieces of cardboard were stuffed inside and there wasn't enough packaging to keep the chair parts from moving. But when I removed the parts of the chair there was no damage - the chair was in perfect condition (I think I was lucky judging by the way it was packaged). Assembly was very easy, although no instructions were included. It was very intuitive. The settings work great. Other reviews complained about the hand movement. As expected on my chair compared to many other professional office chairs. The arms are adjustable up and down and rotate in and out. To pivot, they may not be strong enough to move the chair, as one reviewer noted. The skin is perfect and amazing! Let's see how durable over time. In most cases the flat leather of the upholstery is glued to the upholstery. The leather of the seat of this chair is not glued, which means that it floats on the upholstery. Over time, the skin can stretch, but we'll see. Also, as others have said, the lumbar spine is too prominent; but since i sat in the chair all day, my back didn't hurt at all - and that usually happens. Finally, the bottom of the seat can be 1-1.5 inches longer from back to front for better hip support. Others have also made this comment. I'm 5ft 9in and he's a bit small for me. This chair may not be a good fit for a tall man. The chair looks fantastic and even with my comments above I still give it four stars. For me it fits very well and for the price it's amazing value for money.
