I sit at a desk all the time and it provides great back support and I also always thought it would be better to have a very soft seat but this seat feels much better on my feet. My last bowel movement was very soft, but my back and legs hurt at the end. It's better in the long run. It would be nice if hands didn't move when touched. I like to move the chair by the armrests, and now I just have to get used to the fact that their position changes as they do so.
