Work slowly. There are instructions and some general tips for assembling the dollhouse. I love this hobby. This is not for people who want to build a dollhouse quickly. The materials are raw and need to be prepared and painted like a craft kit. Comes with roof shingles. Love it.

This was my first attempt at building a dollhouse and it turned out really well. It took about 50 hours and a lot of grinding. Don't buy if you are an impatient person! I skipped the stairs because I placed the bay window on the wrong side and didn't want the stairs in front of it. This is just the beginning of a new addiction and now I'm making love miniatures. Gifted to a 5 year old girl who is being cared for by my mother.

I bought this as a 'box' for a birthday present, not for an 'exhibition'. a good thing. Parts were stamped and shipped in sheets. At least 30% of the detail could not be removed without cutting and a large percentage after removal was incorrect and the intended alignment ribs were not. almost all parts had to be sanded after peeling due to jagged edges to get a realistic sticking surface. The only good thing about it is that it's cheap.

This item is junk. The boards are "sawed off" and very thin. Parts break very easily. The wood in my set came in a variety of colors and textures and it was all poor quality. All the sheets were warped and cracked. I ended up having to use more wood putty to fix the problems than any other dollhouse I've built. I'm not a beginner either. Do yourself a favor, don't buy this kit. Find one that uses plywood that is at least 1/4 inch thick. I gave up about half of the build path and just threw it…

I have bought several of these houses and the condition of the tree changes from time to time. It all depends on whether or not you think the extra work to troubleshoot the different kits is worth it. I find that the challenge makes me more creative. For the price they are worth it full size. It's not compiled, you do all the work. Grinding, painting, gluing and wallpapering on request. (Purchased additional services are not included) You only get the house and nothing else.

This is my second Greenleaf set. The first set made me just give up and find a new hobby! But after searching the forums I got all the graphics I needed to almost complete Magnolia. It's hard to give a bad review, but my experience with this home is worse than any I've had. be tailored to fit. I've included a photo of how I had to widen the hole in the roof to allow the tongue to fit properly. Therefore, it is necessary to know the dremel well in order to eliminate serious problems. If you spend a lot of time (we're talking weeks here) working on it, you'll end up with a cute little dollhouse. It's definitely not something to put together on Christmas Eve, if you're mildly disappointed it will send you over the edge.
