I've waited over a year to write this review to get a good understanding before writing the review. First, the box was badly dented and there were some black plastic splinters at the bottom of the box. Where they came from exactly is not known to this day. The chair itself is very comfortable while it lasted. The lower back brace recently broke. I've been trying to get a replacement - it's been a little over 12 months so I figured I'd have to buy one. Revain refuses to give my email to the seller for some reason so I have to come up with another strategy. I'm certainly not throwing away a $680 chair. The back brace is made of very cheap and brittle ABS plastic, about 1/8 inch thick. The chair appears to be mostly made from a weak press - I suspect there was broken plastic in the box. VERY COMFORTABLE If this was a $150 Staples chair I probably wouldn't complain about it, but it doesn't.
