Ideal for DIY - wreaths, garlands & garlands
This garland was perfect for what I needed. I liked that the lights were attached separately to allow for more creative customization. We bought New Year's beads and light bulbs and glued them to the garland. I managed to fluff a lot which was great. Can't wait to hang this on our stair railing.
