Review on Vehicle Reflective Triangle Plastic Reflectors by Andrew Mclemore

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Not very durable, reflects very little light

These signs are made of Corrugated plastic box, similar to the temporary signs you see along the street advertising a store sale or a political candidate. When I received them today I thought they looked pretty flimsy and probably wouldn't last long. However, I had high hopes that they would reflect a lot of light while they lasted. I was very disappointed. I put one in the back of the van in the yard and waited for it to get dark. I then took a flash shot in the dark from about 50 feet away. These signs reflect virtually no light. Reflectors built into the taillights reflect significantly more light than these signs. License plates reflect MUCH more light than signs. Even the other van's headlights (off, of course) reflected more light than these signs. Even the plain, unpainted steel hinges on the door in the background reflected more light from the camera flash than these signs. I immediately requested a refund from Revain for them. I don't recommend them at all. ALSO - if you look at the last two photos of this product in the description you will see one of these signs on the back of a van and one on the back of an 18 wheel to show daylight visibility. They are obviously photoshopped onto the trucks and van and not to scale, making them appear larger and more conspicuous than they really are. The one on the van is a bit big, but the one in the back of the truck is definitely a lot bigger than in real life.

Pros
  • Warning Signs: Reflective red triangles with a red border can easily warn other drivers to drive carefully, so they effectively maintain road safety and remind drivers to drive safely
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
