The first step to using an iron is difficult. The filler cap has no tap and is very tight. I ended up using a spoon to pry it open only to find that the lid was not attached to the iron. It fell off completely. I know I didn't break it because the plastic part is intact. Next is the indicator light. It never turns off so I don't know if the oven has reached the correct temperature. If the light doesn't malfunction and is designed that way, I consider it poorly designed. Before I started ironing, I smelled a strong and pungent odor as mentioned by one user and was concerned about the potential health effects. Now that the light has been on for over 5 minutes I decided to pat anyway. I had to iron several times to get the job done. I don't know if the product itself is like that or if I got a lemon. When I received the product, there were stains on the case, which is understandable since I chose FFP packaging. However, I then saw that there were already drops of water in the tank and the cord was twisted a few turns when it was pulled out. This made me wonder if this is someone's returned product.
