I've just started my makeup and all I have is a big fluffy makeup brush. This is the first time I've cleaned one of these brushes, so I'm not sure what to expect normally. This rotation method is so much fun! And much faster than I thought. I specifically bought the one with the silicone pad thinking I needed a mat to dry my brushes (the cleaner I used said it wouldn't dry standing up) but the spin dry dries the brush in just 10- 15 seconds . ! I didn't need a rug to put it on - it was dry enough for me to put it back on! Also, the silicone pad is more like a cleaning pad than a drying mat. It has an extension cord on the back where you can easily hold it in your hand (imagine a phone jack). 10/10 would recommend this product!
