I ordered this necklace for my daughter and she was very happy with it, we chose the red color for the crystal because it was beautiful when we ordered, we were expecting a beautiful red crystal pendant on the chain, but got brown instead. We were very dissatisfied with this necklace. It was very well made, but the color was bad. We were shocked at how she looked because if the pic on Revain is still my daughter was wearing it but she was very depressed about the color. I would like us to choose a different color but again we don't know if it will be the same color we want based on the photos we see after hitting the clot red. We were very dissatisfied with this product and want them to show true color. (The picture on the left is what we received and the picture on the right is what we expected.
