I expected a lot better performance from this callus remover. Unfortunately, its power is not enough to remove calluses on the heels. I thought it would be more powerful since it's rechargeable, but it's the same as all other batteries. I wanted a device that works quickly, but takes forever to remove even the tiniest bit of dead skin. You will be there for hours if you have overgrown calluses. I have neither the time nor the patience for that. He also has a problem when you put pressure on him. If you press lightly, the grinding head stops rotating. I spent most of my time making sure I had the correct pressure readings. I would not recommend this to anyone with cracked or thicker calluses. This will probably work better for those with very, very light corns, but that's not me.
