The product corresponds to the description. I've been using it for a few weeks and so far so good. My dog is a black labrador mix and she pulls on her chain a lot. She will run and try to break it or pull the steak out of the ground and this holds her well when lying on it. It seems very durable and unlike the normal ones they have different ends and she hasn't slipped off yet. With a normal chain, I always have to use a tie so that the part that connects to the collar doesn't come loose. With that I just put it on and didn't have to mess around. A little remark. The ends of this tie are very large. Much larger than a regular tie. So if you have a small dog or a small collar with a tiny leash loop, it probably won't fit. It also increases my dogs reach by a few extra inches. The clasps are just a lot bigger than the regular ones. So if your dog is bound to a certain area, you should be aware that his range will be increased a bit. So far, I am very satisfied. I will update my review later to see how long the tie lasts. What usually happens is that the plastic starts to rot, and then the metal on the floor rusts and starts to wear away. Let's see how long this one lasts.
