Variable Speed finds the speed at which computer fans run slowly even under heavy workloads. Plus it looks too cool! We really liked the practical touch button for changing the LEDs. If you need USB ports, you can connect the power from the cooler to another device. (Just use a decent USB charging/data cable. NOT just a USB charging cable). In terms of size and thickness, it's about what you'd expect for the price. It's sturdy enough to fit in a gaming backpack. The only drawback is the sound. I'm particular and hopefully almost silent, but still relatively calm. In general, it's worth it. Well!
