I've had several different laptop cooling pads but this one fits right in. It places the fans in the most important places behind my CPU/GPU (top right) and moves the air very well. Well, actually my hands get cold sometimes. On my knees, not the most comfortable but manageable. Overall it does the job so I can lie on the couch.

Looks more like a toy than a hard piece of equipment. My observation is that it would break very easily if dropped. But it works great. I have a 2019 Macbook Pro and people who have it know they get hot when editing or putting videos on for me. So far so good, works great. My laptop is still hot but the fans have been running for 3 hours without turning off.

not noisy. The blue light isn't very bright. I don't hear my fan running as much on my laptop anymore. It's nice not to lose the USB port, plug my controller straight into the USB port on the cooling pad and it works great.

Definitely does what it's supposed to and my laptop's cooling system isn't working as hard as it was before using this cooling pad. The only reason it gets 4* instead of 5* is that I'd like to see a few more options for adjusting the angle of the stand. It's like going from totally flat to too steep (and then steeper and steeper). It's really a nitpick, although it's a better product than I expected for the relatively low price.

Doesn't feel as cheap as I expected. Yes, it's plastic, but strong enough. The carbon fiber decal is actually part of a plastic molding, not something glued on. It's actually a nice touch since you won't be gluing on any peeled off parts later. Only criticism is that I can't increase the fan speed any further. I did a lot of research before deciding on this cooler. I was glad it was as great as I had hoped. It's also almost silent, which was important to me. The key point was the distance between the fans.
