Blouse has a great feminine shape and is true to size. I am 5’3” 150 lbs (38B) and the medium fits perfectly with a little bit of room for professional look but not baggy at all & not fitted. Collar lays flat and even with arches at hip sides. Looks great as a layering piece untucked And is beautiful tucked in under a suit & can be worn untucked or tucked rolled up sleeve with jeans. Very versatile blouse and would be an excellent item for a capsule wardrobe also
