On November 22, when I took the exam, I was able to "play without borders" for about two weeks. The console turned off by itself in the early days, but I consoled myself with the knowledge that the firmware was unfinished and that it would be fixed eventually. Unfortunately, the miracle did not materialize, and on December 6, the console's power supply stopped working. It appears as follows? v=JU5S_9wSlzI. Within three working days, a courier would be sent, according to Sony support's offer to arrange for a repair. Since it has been 4 years, no one has gotten in touch with me. In defense, they claimed that "there was a delay and my application was transferred to work." I also inquired about offering a replacement device during the repair period, and was informed that there is no such option available (I intend to submit an application for a replacement device in order to formally receive a denial). The saddest part is that Sony stated that if the console could not be repaired, they would simply refund the purchase price; device replacement is not possible due to lack of device availability. Actually, for the same reason, I won't be able to use this money to purchase a new console for myself (if I can, it won't be in 2022, and even then, I'm not sure I'll want one). It's unfortunate given the time and money invested (I was able to purchase a number of games and a yearly subscription; hopefully, at the very least, the subscription will be renewed). It's a shame that Sony will now be associated with me for the ruined New Year's holidays. My case number is 21475724, in case anyone from Sony is reading this. The consol was picked up by a courier from a transport company on December 15th. I learned that the head unit had been changed in the console and sent back on December 23rd. It appears that the worst case scenario was not realized after all.
