Refund difficult in my review
The dress looks fine but is too small.Before purchase I had checked the refund policy which said that it would cost $3.99 shipping plus $.99 per item to return.Now the refund process seems tedious and questionable that the seller will ever "receive" the package from me for a refund, which seller states will take a "very long" time, if ever.
