So I bought this because it's something cheap and fast. But then again, you get what you paid for. The rear is difficult to remove. I had to use my teeth and a butter knife to open the back. Batteries will fly out instantly if you don't leave the back turned on. You must aim directly at the TV for the remote to work. I honestly don't care, I only got this before my kids damaged another remote control so I went with this one. If there's anything more expensive to buy, it's this one
