Easy to setup, plug n play, have not used the remote control yet, since the unit sits on my desk and I use the manual switch. I am pleased with the performance of the device, there are cheaper items available, but it may end up not being all that it was advertised.

Update: I wrote this review when i plugged it in and noticed it did not work for the PS5. The company emailed me and sent me the 2.0 to change out. I did not write this thinking I was going to get a response at all. I was super frustrated because it was the second HDMI switch that i had bought. I have this one in my master bedroom and it works perfectly with my XBOX one.So fast forward and I received the 2.0 switch and it works with the PS5 perfectly! what a life saver. TV in RV only had 2 HDMI ports. We had Sound bar, DVD player, Dish Network, Booster to hook up. It works well and you can tell on the remote which one you want.

Great switcher! Super simple to connect and use. If only one connected device it currently turned on, it automatically switches the input to that device. As someone who uses an HDMI switcher simply to condense to condense my media center's inputs to 1 HDMI port, this is an extremely helpful feature. Highly recommend to anyone in need of this product.

Just got this in today and honestly setup was a bit of a nightmare. The device supports HDMI 1.4 and my PS4 Pro and Xbox One were both setup for HDMI 2.0/2.1. This means I had to reconnect the consoles to a free HDMI pro and configure them down to 1080p to get the device to work. The switch remote only lasted 9 months, but the guarantee is one year. I contacted support and they asked for the Ebay order (I sent a picture of the web page). A person named Bobby was extremely helpful. He said the remote wasn't available singularly so he sent the entire unit. The remote for the switch uses a similar code as Vizio smart TV. So when you try to controll the switch it controls a couple options on the TV and completely does not work with the switch. The VIZIO smart TV will also not recognize the hdmi is plugged in.

Product works great. Problem which is my fault, is that it does not support newer technologies like current Roku or Fire cubes that require hdmi 2.0 or greater. I was not aware of the different versions so shame on me but be aware if you try to run a newer Roku through this you will keep getting an error msg on your TV that you need a better connection. Watch for switches that support 2.1 4K. Buyer beware!

Very simple to setup and easy to switch from different gaming consoles I have setup. Must have if you own multiple consoles and you want them all connected all at once and being able to switch which ever one you want to play

Worked with Roku, gamecube, Blu-ray player. However only got static on Xbox series x. Disappointing cause otherwise it seemed to function great. Liked that the output went to the side. Alas, back it goes.

If you plan to use 2, you’re going to have to manually switch the inputs on each individual one instead of using a remote, as the signal on the remote will control both. Otherwise, this is a great device and works well for media centers with lots of HDMI inputs!
