The product came bent a little on the edges. It is the same kind of bowens mount that originally came with my fotodiox diffuser and it broke. This was my replacement choice. These blocks are the exact same ones we use at my yoga class. It's great to be able to have a set at home for morning heart benches and to lean on for yin poses. The blocks are firm and stable. There are 3 heights depending on what side you lay the block. The only issue was that when I removed the plastic packing wrap from the blocks, there was a strong plastic odor. Installed these on a fan I wanted to move around my barn if necessary. I purchased some similar casters from Harbor Freight which didn’t come with extra nuts for securing these to the sheet metal and these were less expensive. My daughter is very tall for her age and we can never find any shirts that fit her comfortably, so I opted to try this set in 11-12 years to see if it was comfortable for her. After washing in softener and hot cycle, it did not shrink at all and the material is actually very soft still. The decal on the front is not that hard vinyl so it’s movable with the shirt which is a plus.
