Definitely recommended! Great saying! It wasn't difficult at all. No fear. It just takes time and patience. You definitely need an electric pump. It took about 1 hour 15 minutes to fill the balloons and 1 hour 30 minutes to attach them to the strip. I used all the holes in the strip but when it got difficult to attach the next one I skipped the hole. Lots of balloons included. For attachment I used non-permanent hooks on the wall. I attached the tape to the tape where I wanted to attach the tape to the wall. Without the tape it was too strong to attach the tape directly to the hook on the wall. I assembled it 2 days before the party and in this photo it has been sitting for 5 days and looks amazing!
