Made from superior foam that will not bleed and will retain its shape. Very convenient. The case is nice and doesn't get too hot. We now have 2 pillows from Ergo-Pedic. My husband is a tall man and the wider seat suits him. I'm rather petite and still fits me. I recommend it to anyone who has coccyx pain from pressure. We use them at home and in flight.
