Good thing: The Klim Cyclone Cooling Pad is better than I expected in many ways. It's much quieter than I expected and with different fan speeds you can reduce the background noise a bit. It's probably one of the best fan-cooled technologies out there - I never get even slightly warm left-handed keys, let alone hot ones. And for a cooling pad that works so well, you can't beat the price. Not-so-good things: For my personal desk/computer setup, this cooling pad isn't exactly perfect, and it's showing some signs of fatigue. long sessions. The pad is quite thick on the front edge, which combined with the thickness of my computer causes some forearm and/or wrist strain, but to be honest I *don't think* there's really anything the manufacturer can do about it ( unless he wants to include the wrist rest) and most people probably don't use it in tight spaces like I do. Overall, having used it for a few weeks, I am very happy with the product and would have no hesitation in buying from this company again as long as it maintains its current apparent standards.
