Powerful sound in a big speaker

First of all, I'm not a die-hard music lover, just an enthusiast. I love the simplicity of these speakers, giving you reliable front channels AND fast, easy Dolby Atmos. I originally received the ceiling speakers for installation but found that the installation was never done. So those were the alternatives. The first thing you'll notice right away is that each device is damn heavy and RELIABLE. You also need to run 2 sets of speaker wires to each of them. The fabric "shield" on the top and front attracts dust and anything else that might ruin the look. Damn it pet hair, children's trash, dust etc. The height and depth are deceptively great. Seriously, check your speaker sizes to make sure they fit. My old floorstanding speakers JUST fit under my TV, they need a good 2 inches more to fit underneath. You have to move the entire speaker to fine-tune the Atmos top speaker. Not a big deal, but depending on the setup and angle of reflection, this can make it a bit unwieldy. Aside from the things I mentioned, those suction cups CAN be annoying, these suction cups work great. Really solid sound for movies and games, nice clarity and. DAT ATMOS EFFECT. If you've ever wondered what a hub bubble is, revisit Pacific Rim with and without Atmos. With Atmos, creatures and mechs sound like they tower over you. Above: 86" LG LED 4ktv, Polk center and rear speakers, Sony 7.2 Atmos 4k receiver, two 10" subwoofers. Oh yeah, and those speakers lol. I also have a 4k projector and 100 inch screen but due to the size and depth of these speakers I can't use it lol. The screen won't go down far enough to make it worthwhile. and blocks the Atmos effect.

Pros
  • Rugged build
Cons
  • Non-automatic
