MADE IN CHINA. This alone is a huge red flag, but I have stubbornly ignored it. I mean I checked the reviews before buying and there were many happy customers and even after looking at the toy and cleaning it; The silicone material feels hard, so it can't be that bad, can it? Not correct. Absolutely wrong. Imagine my surprise, regret and horror when my little nephew spat out a tiny piece of orange silicone while chewing!?!?
