Cheap and ugly! Best in Garlands
Big disappointment and my expectations were pretty low from the start. Very cheap plastic garland. I bought two and both are equally ugly. They have next to no sequins or sequins on them - which would be handy, they would hide the cheap ugly plastic. I volunteered to bring two candy garlands for a community charity league event. I have four days to find a replacement or find a shiny flock to try and fix. That confuses. Overpriced! Not worth the money spent!
