A little mad about batteries and parts

Received and had to wait until I had time to start but I only have one day and I have to do it and I was about to uncap and prep it and I was shocked to see that they sent me a dirty used product but i don't have time to go through the exchange process and i will be more than a little shocked if i have a problem with it and it's not just a return, it was in use. It has as much crap as the one I just removed. Catch for the person who did it, it's adult theft only
