I bought this product because I really wanted to get rid of bags under my eyes and dark circles. The application of the product gave me a pleasantly cooling feeling on my eyes. However, bumps started appearing under my eyes, so I stopped immediately. I assumed it was an allergic reaction so my friend started using this product instead. Everything under his eyes was covered in a rash and starting to peel off. Whatever is in this eye roller is NOT SAFE on the eyes. Do not buy. Super disappointed.
