I have long, naturally curly hair that is dry and prone to frizz. The shampoo takes a little getting used to as it doesn't lather like most shampoos. I usually lather my hair twice because I only wash it every 2 or 3 days. I really love the conditioner. I embalm my hair every day and I can feel the difference in my hair after rinsing it out. He feels hydrated. My hairstylist asked me what I use for my hair and I told her it was Alba Botanica and she told me it was a really good brand. I chose it because it is not tested on animals and I read other reviews. I also love the smell of coconut. I definitely recommend this product.
