I ordered two green blankets. When I received them, one was green and the other was blue. They were in individual ziplock bags and both were lettered in green but one was said to have been blue. I was remodeling my grandson's room and needed two green duvets for the bunk beds - I can't use the blue one so I'll have to get another one elsewhere. The comforters are also rough in texture and definitely not like the picture. I'm disabled and having trouble finding a seat as I can't walk so I decided to just leave the blankets rather than try to return them. Someone called me and said they were from Revane and wanted to send me a green blanket to fix things. I was so impressed! In fact, I came home from a doctor's appointment and he told me to call him when I got home and sat down at the computer. I called him and he instructed me to remove the negative review and hit the button saying the problem was solved. I was fine with that but found it odd before I saw the blanket had arrived. A few weeks passed and I contacted Revane. They state that they have not contacted me and agree to ship the blanket because it was shipped via Dealway and not Revain and that asking someone to ask me to remove a negative review is a violation! So I turn the feedback back on. I will never deal with this seller again. Revain will help me get it back and even pay for the return shipping and get my money back. Hope it really happens this time. TO UPDATE! Revain refunded my money and helped with this situation even though it was bought through a retailer. THANK YOU AMAZONE!
