Different pros:
I sharpen knives every 3-4 months with an IKEA sharpener (a couple of minutes per knife). The sharpness of the knives is at a high level. I wash my knives in the dishwasher - no rust.
Some cons:
Price
3 knives are not enough for a kitchen, you need at least 5.
