It's easy & fast! I like how it works for my business needs - we've been able to get rid of most of our junk mail/spam without having to do any work or spend time. That said, sometimes you'll receive messages saying something along the lines "Your account has not yet activated this service". This makes me think there was some kind of mistake made by one (or both) parties involved but they're unable / unwilling to correct things so maybe just be patient? The only thing i wish would change were better options when sending bulk mails where multiple recipients need to sign up at once for example - currently if someone wants everyone who receives their newsletter to subscribe then there isn't really another way other than doing them individually. We have had problems receiving newsletters as well as being spammed ourselves which clears everything right out - no complaints here :).
