I love that you can use it from any device! It's very user friendly as well so anyone who uses computers or phones will be able easely navigate through this platform too without having problems using their devices in order get an idea of what they are looking at when searching jobs online (or even applying).

The only thing i dislike is sometimes there aren't enough job postings available but if one does show up then its great because we know right away which ones have more applicants than positions open etc.. We've been utilizing recright since 2015 now & haven'y had many issues yet either good luck finding employment via our website/applications!!
