I bought this headset to use with my laptop for Webex commands/calls. I hear the sound is ok but people on the other side can't hear me, I didn't hear to test early and the return period has expired, waste of money. Update 5/27/21: The seller contacted me after reading my review and sent me another USB headset model. It's not exactly the wireless headset I was looking for, but it's great for Webex commands and calls. You can use a USB headset if you don't need wireless. I'll keep looking for a good wireless headset that won't break the bank. Until then, a USB headset is enough for me. Customer service is exceptional.
